Dutch Valley Scouts donate to CAC

A Cub Scout troop comprised of two second-graders and a first-grader made a surprise delivery to the Anderson County Community Action Commission on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
The scouts, all students at Dutch Valley Elementary School, have only been together as a group for a month but are already focused on helping their community.
