Jordan Dewayne “Jordy” Phillips, 27, Oliver Springs, passed away Thursday, Feb, 23, 2012, in Oak Ridge.

He was born Oct. 2, 1984, in Oak Ridge.

He lived in Manhattan, N.Y., for one and a half years while he attended the New York Film Academy.

He was preceded in death by: Maternal grandmother, Verma Lee Brown; and paternal grandfather, James Phillips.

He is survived by: Mother, Kathy Lee Bowman and husband Andy of Lake City; father, Tim Phillips of Oak Ridge; brothers, James Adam Phillips and wife Michelle of Oak Ridge and Christopher Bowman of Lake City; sisters, Ashton Templin and husband Jonathan of Oak Ridge and Melinda Phillips of Harriman; grandparents, Don and Joan Roberts of Oliver Springs, Laney Phillips of Frost Bottom, Eve Bowman of Nashville, and Kenneth Bowman of Cookeville.

He is also survived by: Aunts, Anita Ledford, Abbie Phillips, Reba Phillips and Sis Hale and husband David; uncles, Wayne Roberts and wife Carolyn, Casey Bowman, Junior Phillips and J.R. Phillips; nieces and nephews, Preston, Austin, Jolee, Tayleighanna, Sophie and Kallie; a host of cousins, extended family members and special friends including, Pam Turner.

The family received friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, at Sharp Funeral Home.

The funeral followed at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Peyton Wills and Pastor Robbie Leach officiating.

Roscoe Conley Jr. , 55, Clinton, passed away Feb. 28, 2012, at Tennova Healthcare in Knoxville.

He was a truck driver for 25 years and enjoyed driving. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter, Abbygail Grace.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Roscoe and Mildred Lemasters Conley; brothers, James and Joe Conley; mother-in-law, Pearl Louise Clifton.

Survivors: Daughters, Amanda Clifton, Sara Clifton; mother of his children, Tracy Clifton; brothers, Dane Conley and wife Susan, Ray Conley and wife Mary; sisters, Virginia Mason, Dora Mason and husband Josh, Mattie Tipton, Marcella Bashaw and husband Allan; granddaughter, Abbygail Grace Clifton; extended family members, Mindy Cecil and Josh Seiber; several nieces and nephews.

Danny Oren Queen, 59, Clinton, passed away Feb. 27, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

He was a retired pipefitter from the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 102 in Knoxville. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a loving husband and father and he enjoyed spending time outside with his dogs or fishing.

He was preceded in death by: Mother and father, Oren J. and Luzenia Queen; wife, Tina Queen; and grandparents.

Survivors: Sons, Dustin Queen and Ryan Queen; daughter, Sheena Queen; sisters, Dr. Nadeanne Kleinman and husband Joel, Rhonda Q. Reed and husband Johnny, Libby Q. Smith and husband Steve; mother-in-law, Ella Rose Cox; numerous extended family members and friends.

Floyd Leon Johnson, 81, Norris, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Tennova North Healthcare Center in Powell.

He was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church and a retired employee of Chrysler Motor Company in Dayton, Ohio. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Preceded in death by: First wife, Jeannie Wooten Johnson; parents, Walter and Iva Johnson; brothers, Eugene, Garnett, Larue and Cecil.

Survivors: Loving wife, Frankie Stooksbury Sexton Johnson; brothers, Edward (Margaret) Johnson of Kingston, Norris (Lucy) Johnson of Arizona, Harlen Johnson of Clinton; sisters, Mary Alice Robbins of Livingston, Maxine James of Claxton, Elizabeth (Bob) Huebner of Clinton, Marie Guy of Clinton; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Black Oak Church Cemetery Fund.

Kevin Charles Burkett, 41, Clinton, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

He was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He loved gardening, hunting, and fishing. He was a loving husband and father and especially loved being with his girls.

He was preceded in death by: First wife, Angela Burkett; son, Evan Charles Burkett; and grandfather, Robert Charles Burkett.

Survivors: Parents, Glen and Elberta Burkett of Bellevue, Mich.; wife, Joelle Burkett of Clinton; daughters, Joni, Annabelle, and Emma Burkett of Clinton; sister, Elthea Hall and husband Stuart of Big Rock, Tenn.; niece, Bethany Mills of Big Rock, Tenn.

His family received his friends from noon – 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with a celebration of his life at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bob Dustman officiating.

His interment was private.

Marjorie Mae Amos, 83, Lake City, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

She was born Dec. 15, 1928, in Anderson County to the late Luke and Myrtle Pike Beach.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake City. She loved animals, cooking, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She retired from Lake City Elementary School cafeteria with 37 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: Husband, Howard “Sid” Amos; and brothers, Russell and Charles Beach.

Survivors: Daughter, Linda Lovely and husband Mike of Lake City; sons, James Amos and wife Peggy of Lake City, Ronnie Amos of Lake City, Terry Amos and wife Debbie of Lake City, Dewayne Amos and wife Lynette of Lake City; brother, Carl Beach of Lake City; grandchildren, Stacy Baird and husband Brian, Chris Amos and wife Nikki, Ronnie Amos and wife Sarah, Kim Stooksbury and husband Jason, Lee Ann Grissom and husband, Everett, Wayne Perkins and wife Cori, Jennifer Amos, Jonathan Amos and wife Megan, and Lindsey Lovely; great-grandchildren, Jacob Baird, Cannon Amos, Jocelyn Amos, Carrington Amos, Kinsley Stooksbury, and Aurora Perki; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and many friends.

Friends and family met at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in procession to the Island Ford Cemetery in Lake City for the 1 p.m. interment.

Azalee Jones Cook, 74, Lake City, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, at her residence.

She was born Feb. 24, 1938, in Anderson County to the late Wilbur and Cenia Harness Lowe.

She was a member of Fratersville Baptist Church and the 700 Club. She enjoyed hunting, raising birds, Atlanta Braves, Tennessee Volunteer Football, and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: Husband, Hobart Cook; granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Jones; sisters, Gladys Hawkins, and Lucy Brewer; and special nephew, Nate Hawkins.

Survivors: Daughter, Deborah Grinder and husband Will of Lake City; sons, Billy Wayne Jones of Texas, Terry Jones and wife Kym of Lake City, JerryJones and wife Kim of Caryville, Todd Jones and wife Lori of Halls; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren, and one on the way; special nephew, Ronnie Hawkins; special niece, Gloria Burn; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was born Sept. 8, 1955, in Campbell County to the late Jasper and Ellen Duncan Byrge.

He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed the outdoors, flowers, and spending time with family and friends, especially with his grandchildren.

In additions to his parents he was preceded in death by: Brothers, Coy Lee, Jerry, and James Byrge.

Maria Dolores Villalobos, 83, born April 2, 1929, passed away peacefully in her home with family at her side Feb. 24, 2012.

Originally of Tlacoltalpan, Veracruz, Mexico,a she moved to Oliver Springs in 2007.

She was a compassionate woman, devout Catholic who had room in heart for all people and animals and was instantly loved by all.

She was preceded in death by: Father Marciano Villalobos; mother, Francisca Valerio; brother, Rafael Villalobos; sister, Gloria L. Villalobos and husband Armando Campos.

She is survived by: Daughter, Olivia Cox; son in law, John Cox; brother, Sergio Villalobos and his wife Maria Elena Rivas.

Extended family includes cousins: Diego Villalobos, Ignacio Villalobos, Dinah E. Villalobos, Alicia Villalobos, Luz del Carmen Villalobos, Dulce M. Villalobos; several nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends were received from 5 – 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, at Sharp Funeral Home, Oliver Springs, with a memorial service at 6 p.m.

He was born Feb. 20, 1939, in Roane County, where he continued to live all of his life.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

He enjoyed all outside activities including gardening and especially loved nature. He enjoyed reading as well.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Logan Russell and Gypsie Viola Coker Russell; son, Dwight Patterson; daughter, Debra Russell; sisters, Mable Cagle, Mazel Lawson, and Bobbie Jean Huckaby; and brother, John Russell.

He is survived by: Son, Daniel Russell and wife Tamaria of Harriman; daughter, Dannette Isham of Rockwood; by former wife, Diana Russell of Rockwood; sisters, Gracie Lively, and Cecil Rogers of Harriman; grandchildren, Sydney and Brylee Russell, Gracie Melton, and Creed Isham.

He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and special friends.

The family received friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, at Sharp Funeral Home.

Burial and graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Ollis Cemetery in Harriman.

She is survived by: Daughter, McKenzie Rupert; mother, Carolyn Lively; brothers, Kevin?(Nicole) Lively, Joshua (Ria) Lively; sister, Kimberly (Tommy) Martin; husband, Johnny Walker; step-children, A.J., Kimberli, and C.J. Walker.

She was a 10-year veteran of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, where?she served as a Corrections Officer.?Visitation will be held at from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Liberty Baptist Church, Wartburg, with funeral following with full law enforcement honors.

He was born on July 13, 1939, in Anderson County to the late Urshey and Sarah Vandergriff Wilson.

He enjoyed anything outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends, and his dog, Jack.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, J.D. and Arnold Wilson.

Survivors: Sons, Dewayne Wilson of Clinton, Buddy Wilson of Caryville, Derrik Wilson of Indiana; brothers, Harold Wilson of Sparta, James Wilson of Briceville, A.Z. Wilson of Ohio; sisters, Edia “Tammy” Hatmaker of Briceville, Mary McMahan of Lake City; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Delois H. Walden Siler, 80, Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Campbell County, passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at Kenwood Terrrace.

She was born June 4, 1931, in Campbell County to the late Charles L. and Nancy Bruce Walden.

She was the beloved wife of the late Arvil H. Siler. She was the loving Mother of Ed Siler and wife Beth and Elaine Reynolds and husband Harold. She was the proud grandmother of Brian, Jillian, Amy and Molly.

Even though she moved away, her heart was always in Tennessee. She always kept her family in her heart and wanted to be with them.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and baking during the holidays. She will be dearly missed by her other family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: Brothers, Ancel, Jack, Hansford, Tilman, and James Walden; and sisters, May, Flossie, Rosie, Azalee, Dorothy, and Bobbie.

She is survived by: Sisters: Tilda Cupp of LaFollette, Pauline Reynolds of Pioneer, Geneva Tidwell and Naomi Burns of Indianapolis, Ind.
